Thrive Family Practice – Patient Relations & Online/Social Media Marketing (Tampa): Reception Cover, Greeting Patients and Vendors, Handling Incoming Phone Calls, Data input on portal, creating and updating website, creating and posting Social Media content and campaigns.
MGTN Non Profit - Finance Exec Assistant/Bookkeeper, NYC – Head Quarters and Remote: Assisting the Finance Director: budgeting/forecasting/bookkeeping/credit control; Assisting the Marketing Manager inc: website upkeep, reach outs, events and running and administrative duties; Assisting the Managing Director when needed or PA on vacation.
Waldrams - Credit Control Manager, London UK/Remote continued in USA : Chased long outstanding invoices totaling to over 500k, Brought the entire companies bookkeeping up to date including hard copy files and online, once the new system was in place continued with invoices, bookkeeping, and finance reports. Hired an administrative team to continue the running of the offices admin/finance departments.
Cityscape Digital - Studio Coordinator/Credit Control/Production Assistant Manager/HR Assistant Manager, London UK & Remote: Started as Reception Manager and eventually built my role as to what was needed in the Studio. Including but not limited to: HR: Job Posting, and filtering applicants, scheduling and organizing staff reviews. Production Assistant: pipeline maintenance, research and resourcing locations, out source creatives, Created an in house cast roster, etc. Studio Coordinator – Looked after all of the needs to run the studio and trouble shooting, Created both internal and external (client facing) events for the company, acted as an Exec to all of the Directors needs. Credit Control: book keeping, invoices, credit reports and working closely with the Finance Director.

Royal Society for Public Health – Educational/Exam Assistant London UK Office: Started on Reception, moved to temporarily assist the Marketing Team till ending up fulltime in the Educational/Exam Department. Assisting the Department head, handling incoming exam orders, shipments and incoming examinations to be scanned marked and out going certificates.
Living Well Health Club – Reception Manager/Member Sales London UK Consultant: Managed Reception, hiring of reception staff, meet & greet clients, manage store and refreshment inventory, joined membership shales team to maximize membership sales.
